                                 Home shirt 1979/81

1980 League Cup Final match prepared shirt, supplied direct by Viv Anderson MBE.

Viv played for Nottingham Forest,Arsenal,Manchester United,Sheffield Wednesday,Barnsley & Middlesbrough winning European cup, league and numerous league cups. He was the very first black footballer to be selected for England and played for two of the greatest managers in the history of the game,Brian Clough & Sir Alex Ferguson.

In an interview with George he confirms going in to the Forest dressing room and swopping shirts with Viv.

Purchased from Viv and confirmed above, proof doesn't come much better.

George Berry wore his short sleeved shirt during the game.

Hard to describe just how rare these shirts are and is one of the star shirts in the  collection.

Obviously in first class condition

Doubt I will ever come across a better example of this style shirt, cheers Viv !
